At Emelie Cosmetics, we strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened cosmetic items, unless the product is faulty.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • In some cases, you may receive store credit or a replacement product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to return items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare/makeup items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance/sale items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@emeliecosmetics.pk with your order number and issue.

  2. Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  3. We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at support@emeliecosmetics.pk within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Received?

We're sorry! If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll correct it at no cost to you.
