Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened cosmetic items, unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
If your return is approved:

A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.

In some cases, you may receive store credit or a replacement product.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at support@emeliecosmetics.pk within 7 days of delivery.
